#Firecracker# Casserole

My husband and I love this southwestern-style firecracker casserole. The flavor reminds us of enchiladas, but the recipe doesn't require the extra time to roll them up. —Teressa Eastman, El Dorado, Kansas

Ingredients

∙ Serves 8

Meat

• 2 lbs Ground beef

Produce

• 1 can Black beans
• 1 Onion, medium
• 1 can Tomatoes and green chilies

Canned Goods

• 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, condensed

Baking & Spices

• 1 tbsp Chili powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt

Nuts & Seeds

• 2 tsp Cumin, ground

Bread & Baked Goods

• 4 Flour tortillas (6 inches)

Dairy

• 1 cup Cheddar cheese
