#The Best Easy Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

I clipped this recipe from Taste of Home magazine several years ago and have found it to be the best-tasting easy beef and broccoli stir-fry. It is credited to Ruth Stahl. I often use charcoal chuck steak, which is very tender and lean. I also like that it doesn't call for any unusual ingredients.
Ingredients
Gluten free
∙ Serves 4
Meat
- 1 lb Round steak or 1 lb charcoal chuck steak, boneless
Produce
- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Ginger, ground
- 1 Onion, small wedges
Condiments
- 1/3 cup Soy sauce, reduced sodium
Pasta & Grains
- 1 Rice, hot cooked
Baking & Spices
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Sesame seeds, toasted
Oils & Vinegars
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Liquids
- 5/8 cup Water
