#Spicy beef noodle soup

A bowl of noodles in well spiced broth topped with tender beef cubes, spicy beef noodle soup is hot, fragrant and very comforting indeed.

Ingredients

Meat

• 600 g Beef

Produce

• 1 Bay leaf
• 1/2 tsp Chilli
• 1 Coriander, Fresh
• 4 cloves Garlic
• 1 Ginger, thumb-sized
• 3 tbsp Sichuan chilli bean paste
• 1 Spinach
• 2 stalks Spring onion

Pasta & Grains

• 4 portions Noodles

Baking & Spices

• 1 small piece Chinese cinnamon
• 1 pinch Fennel seeds
• 10 Sichuan pepper
• 1 Star-anise
• 1/2 tsp Sugar

Oils & Vinegars

• 2 tbsp Cooking oil

Liquids

• 1500 ml Water, hot
