Skillet Grilled Seafood and Chorizo Paella

I made us a big skillet of awesomeness.
Ingredients
Gluten free
∙ Serves 6
Meat
- 2 Chicken thighs or breast, small skinless
- 4 oz Spanish chorizo
Seafood
- 16 oz Seafood, fresh
Produce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 Heirloom tomatoes
- 2 Lemons, juice of
- 1 Parsley, fresh
- 1/2 Sweet onion, small
Canned Goods
- 4 cups Chicken broth
Condiments
- 1/3 cup Blue cheese stuffed green olives
Pasta & Grains
- 2 cups Jasmine or basmati rice
Baking & Spices
- 1 (8 ounce) jar Red peppers, roasted
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 1 tsp Salt + pepper
- 1 tsp Spanish smoked paprika
Oils & Vinegars
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Truffle oil, white
Beer, Wine & Liquor
- 1/4 cup White wine
