#Old Fashioned Pot Roast

Old Fashioned Pot Roast takes a little while to make, but the flavor and the tenderness of the beef and vegetables make it all worth the effort.

- 4 Carrots

- 1 Onion, large
- 8 Potatoes, new
- 1 tsp Thyme and rosemary
- 1 15 oz can Tomatoes
Canned Goods
- 1 1/2 cups Beef broth
Baking & Spices
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Oils & Vinegars
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
