Mustard #Chicken

• 1 Onion, small
• 2 tbsp Parsley
• 1 Shallot, small
• 10 Thyme, fresh sprigs

Canned Goods

• 1 cup Chicken broth

Condiments

• 6 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, whole grain

Baking & Spices

• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• 3/4 tsp Salt

Dairy

• 2 tbsp Butter
• 5 tbsp Creme fraiche
