#Crispy Pork Belly (Siu Yuk)

Crispy pork belly is one of my favorite Cantonese dishes for the years in Guangdong province.
Ingredients
Gluten free
Meat
- 1000 g Pork belly with beautiful layers
- 1 Sea salt to cover the meat
Produce
- 2 small chunks Ginger
- 2 Scallions
Baking & Spices
- 2 tsp Chinese five spice
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 Sichuan peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp White pepper
Oils & Vinegars
- 1 White vinegar
Beer, Wine & Liquor
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
