#Competition Style Smoked Pork Ribs

Recipe for competition style smoked pork ribs, and an explanation of the “3-2-1 Method” of smoking ribs.
Ingredients
∙ Serves 6
Meat
- 2 racks Spare ribs
Condiments
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp Honey
Baking & Spices
- 4 tbsp Dry rub
Oils & Vinegars
- 1 cup Apple cider vinegar
Dairy
- 4 tbsp Butter
Liquids
- 1 cup Water
Other
- Combine in a spray bottle -- one that is only used for food
- 2 tablespoons spritz (a few squirts per rack)
