#Spanish Seafood Paella (Healthy)


A healthy, easy Spanish paella recipe made with the freshest wild caught shellfish, a little chicken andouille sausage, and infused with exquisite saffron flavors. Easy to make at home in no time!
Ingredients
∙ Serves 6
Meat
  • 2 links Chicken andouille sausage
Seafood
  • 2 Lobster tails
  • 1/2 lb Manilla clams
  • 1/2 lb Mussels, black
  • 1 lb Shrimp, wild large
Produce
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander, ground
  • 1/4 cup Flat leaf parsley
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 1 Lemon, wedges
  • 1 Spanish onion
Canned Goods
  • 3 cup Shrimp stock or vegetable stock
Condiments
  • 1/2 cup Green olives
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes + more
  • 1 pinch Saffron threads
  • 1 tsp Sea salt + more
  • 1 tsp Spanish paprika, smoked
Oils & Vinegars
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil + more, extra virgin
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 3/4 cup White wine, dry
Other
  • 2 c Calasparra, risotto or forbidden white rice ((organic))
