#Polish Casserole
When I first made this dish, my 2-year-old liked it so much that he wanted it for every meal! You can use most any pasta that will hold the sauce. —Crystal Bruns, Iliff, Colorado
Ingredients
∙ Serves 2
Meat
- 1 2 pounds smoked polish sausage or kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch slices, smoked
Produce
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 4 Green onions
Canned Goods
- 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, condensed
- 1 jar Sauerkraut
Condiments
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Pasta & Grains
- 4 cups Penne pasta
Dairy
- 1 1/3 cups 2% milk
- 3 cups Swiss cheese
