  • 1 large handful Cilantro, fresh
  • 1/2 Lime, medium

  • 14 oz Tofu, extra-firm
Canned Goods
  • 3 tbsp Tamarind concentrate
Condiments
  • 1 tsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 3 tbsp Coconut sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 Peanut sauce / almond sauce / cashew sauce
  • 1 Sriracha
  • 3 tbsp Tamari or soy sauce
Pasta & Grains
  • 8 oz White or brown rice noodles
Frozen
  • 8 White or brown rice spring roll papers
