#One Skillet Chicken with Garlicky Mushroom Cream Sauce
Another one skillet chicken recipe! This easy chicken dinner is made with sautéed garlic and mushrooms and topped with a creamy sauce. I used chicken breasts for this recipe, but chicken thighs would be delicious too!
Ingredients

- 4 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless

- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 1/3 cup Shallots
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried

- 1 cup Chicken broth
Baking & Spices
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 Salt and pepper
Oils & Vinegars
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Dairy
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
Other
- 8 ounces baby bella (cremini) mushrooms, sliced
