#Nikuman

Japanese steamed buns wrapped around a delicious pork filling with shiitake mushroom, cabbage, and scallion.
Ingredients
∙ Makes 20 small buns
Meat
- 3/4 lb Ground pork
Produce
- 4 Cabbage, leaves
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 Green onion/scallion
- 2 Shiitake mushrooms, dried
Condiments
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Baking & Spices
- 10 2/3 oz All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
- 1 tbsp Potato/corn starch
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 1/3 scant tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Yeast, instant dry
Oils & Vinegars
- 1 tbsp Neutral flavor oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Beer, Wine & Liquor
- 1 tbsp Sake
Liquids
