Keto #Chocolate #Chia #Pudding

Just like my berry chia pudding, this is so easy to make and will keep you fuller for longer. It's perfect for meal prep.
Ingredients
∙ Serves 1
Refrigerated
- 1/4 cup Water or unsweetened almond milk
Canned Goods
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk
Condiments
- 5 drops Stevia extract
Baking & Spices
- 1 tbsp Cacao powder or dutch process cocoa powder, raw
- 1 tbsp Erythritol or swerve or other healthy low-carb sweetener from this list, powdered
Nuts & Seeds
- 4 tbsp Chia seeds, whole
Other
- top with 1/2 tbsp raw cocoa nibs or extra dark chocolate (at least 85% cocoa solids)
