#Haitian Epis (Haitian Seasoning Base)

- 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Cloves, Whole
- 2 tsp Salt and pepper
Oils & Vinegars
- 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup Olive oil
