A quick/easy ground beef recipe, this is a pasta dish that will be on your dinner table all week long! So creamy and so comforting!

Ingredients

Meat

• 1 lb Ground beef

Produce

• 2 cloves Garlic
• 1/2 Sweet onion, medium

Canned Goods

• 2 cups Beef stock

Condiments

• 1 (15-ounce) can Tomato sauce

Pasta & Grains

• 8 oz Pasta shells, medium

Baking & Spices

• 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

• 1 tbsp Olive oil

Dairy

• 1 1/2 cups 6 ounces shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese, sharp
• 3/4 cup Heavy cream
