#Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

"This recipe came about from a lot of experimenting over the years. My family and friends like this version the best. Serve over cooked rice."
Ingredients

Meat
- 1 lb Andouille sausage
- 1 lb Chicken breast, skinless boneless halves
Seafood
- 1 lb Shrimp without tails, frozen cooked
Produce
- 1 cup Celery
- 1 Green bell pepper, large
- 1 Onion, large
- 2 tsp Oregano, dried
- 2 tsp Parsley, dried
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried
- 1 (28 ounce) can Tomatoes, with juice
Canned Goods
- 1 cup Chicken broth
Baking & Spices
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
