#Coconut fish curry

Ingredients
∙ Serves 4
Produce
- 1 Chillies, red
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 3cm piece Ginger, root
- 1 Limes
- 1 Onion, large
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Tamari
Baking & Spices
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 tsp Turmeric, ground
Nuts & Seeds
- 2 tsp Cumin, ground
Dairy
- 2 tsp Ghee
Other
- 600g sustainably sourced firm white fish, such as pollock or cod
- ½ x 31g pack coriander, leaves and stalks kept separate – use the stalks only in the paste (reserve the leaves for later)
