#Char Siu - Chinese Barbecue Pork

our favourite Chinese barbecue pork made at home! Slow cooked so it's juicy on the inside with the most incredible sticky glaze, this is finger licking' good! Chicken version here.

Meat
- 1 1/4 kg Pork scotch fillet
Condiments
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 3/8 cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce, light
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Baking & Spices
- 1 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Five spice powder
- 2 tsp Food colouring, red
Oils & Vinegars
- 1 tbsp Oil
