Blackened Fish Tacos with Avocado-Cilantro Sauce. These were some of the BEST tacos I've ever had! The tilapia is amazing, but you can use any fish!

- 1 Avocado, ripe pitted and skinned
- 3/4 cup Coriander
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 Green cabbage, thin
- 1 Jalapeno
- 2 Lime, Juice of
- 1/2 Onion, medium-sized
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Oregano, dried
- 1/2 Red cabbage, thin
Baking & Spices
- 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Paprika, smoked
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Salt
Oils & Vinegars
- 2 tbsp Canola oil
Nuts & Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
Bread & Baked Goods
- 12 Corn tortillas
Dairy
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
