  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes chopped or plum/grape
  • 1 Zucchini
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika optional
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
