An easy to make and elegant salmon pasta dish.

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb Salmon, fresh

Produce

• 3 cloves Garlic
• 1/2 Lemon (about 1 tbsp), Juice from medium
• 1 Onion powder
• 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh

Pasta & grains

• 4 oz Fettuccine or other pasta

Baking & spices

• 1 tbsp Flour
• 1 Salt & pepper

Oils & vinegars

• 1 tbsp Olive oil

Dairy

• 1 tbsp Butter
• 3/4 cupHeavy/whipping cream
• 1/2 cup Parmesan

Beer, wine & spirits

• 1/2 cup White wine, dry
