Crepes ๐๐ฟ
My favorite recipe for pancakes, I don’t know why, but of all the ones I tried, I like these proportions the most.
Thin pancakes
3 eggs
350 g flour (300 g flour and 50 g cocoa for chocolate)
1 tbsp. Sahara
1 tsp salt
500 ml of milk
250 ml of water (can be soda)
Cooking oil for frying
Beat eggs with salt and sugar, add flour and 250 ml of milk, beat until homogeneous with a mixer or a whisk. Add the remaining 250 ml of milk and 250 ml of water, mix to combine. Let the dough stand for 30 minutes at room temperature. Heat the pan on medium-high heat and on a small amount of vegetable oil fry pancakes on both sides until cooked and golden brown.
